Assessing Relapse in Multiple Sclerosis (ARMS)
This questionnaire evaluates MS relapse symptoms, the impact of symptoms on the patient, and the effectiveness and tolerability of acute treatment.
This tool was created by a working group of expert nurses who convened to discuss recognition and management of relapses.
This questionnaire is designed to be appropriate for use in MS specialty clinics, general neurology practices, or other practice settings and can be administered by nurses, physicians, other clinicians, or patients (self-evaluation).
Permission for use of this survey (modified from its original format) was provided by authors, Ross et al. and Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals Inc.
